No offense to anyone nor am i being racist as im too a Malay an proud of it. Basically im writing this because i encounter a really annoying situation while dealing with this specific makan shop. It happened last Wednesday when my dad wanted to makan chicken rice from My Mom’s Chicken Rice (yes owned by LInda Onn) it was around 7pm and it was raining and i know to go to Ampang will be really jammed so i decided to go to the one in Shah Alam, but i tak pernah pegi sana so i dunno where… I googled the shop and found its Ampang shop number and some Indo woman jawab… This is the conversation i had with her…
Her: Hello My mom’s chicken rice
Me: You ada kedai kat shah alam kan, kat mana ye?
her: Dekat seksyen 7
me: seksyen 7 dekat mana ye?
her: tak tahu.. di seksyen 7
me: ada nombor tak sbb i nak pegi san ni.
her: tak tahula.. dekat seksyen 7. takde nombor.
me: habis tu macammana i nak tahu kat mana? takkan takde nombor?
her: saya takde (with annoyed tone)
me: habis macam mana?
her: er okla saya bagi nombor hp budak yg inchraged kat sana..
i took his no and guess wat it was off!
so i pun decided to make my journey to Seksyen 7 Shah Alam. Kononnye nak carikla.
Sampai sana tak jumpa.. yela im not org shah alam kan…
i pu call la mymoms chicken rice ampang again.. I have the same conversation again and i told her la, i dah cari nih tak jumpa… So she nak bagi nombor sama lagi, i told her tutup la.. She has the courtesy to shout at me!… I pun naik marah la so i shout back la… I cakap boss takde ke. Takkan u takde nombor kedai sendiri…!!! She say takde boss takde… So i hangup.
Nasib baik ada org tahu kat mana kedai tuh… Jumpa around 8.30 mcm tuh. Arrrggghhh… Seriously it was a really stupid incident that should have been avoided. Selama ni if i call a kedai nak mintak their other branch number tak pernah ada masalah…. Stupid!!!! So sini i nak suggest to Linda Onn… please tell your workers to not to be soo RUde to customers ok and always be prepare!!!
