Masak Lemak Cili Padi?

Since i ate the masak lemak cili padi at KUantan, i asyik teringat-ingat pulak… I ni mmg fan of kuah yg pekat.. usually kalau makan kat tempat lain kuah nye agak biasa. ie cair la… The lemak taste is more umph bila the santan is pekat.. nyummm… I didnt know that nak masak, masak lemak ni senang aje rupanyer… I was talking bout cooking masak lemak when dearest sis in law say, masak lemak lagi sedap kalay takde bawang, the taste of lemaks tu tak lari.. so i pun tanya la habis tuh camne nak masak la.. takyah tumis dulu.. So dia pun bagi la resipi yg kacang habis.. hehehe berlagak lak… mmg senang, and the kuah so pekat so berlemak.. the way i lik it.. hehehe.. cuma satu ajer, the cili padi dah berkoyan-koyan pun tak pedas jugak.. entahla…
