MH for Malaysian or Malasian Hospitality???
Seriously our MAS Customer Service Staff really need a big slap and wake up!!!! Everytime i call, i have to wait at least 10minutes before anyone answers my call. And i mean it everytime (my call total has probably reach 10 times). Dahla tuh ada yg keje kat situ bodoh belaka dan malas nak mampus!!!! Ada ker, last Friday i call sbb having problem wit my flight reservation via the website, then dok asyik suruh i buat baru nye reservation.. Hello stupidosssse then after the 3rd call baru sorang tu kata maybe your pop up bloker kot yg on (ok ok ur miss a bit buta IT) ok then after ive done my booking sume i pun call la balik since nak confirm my old tickets (yg i tak pegi tu) utk confirmkan my return flight to KL and this bloody woman answer and when and hang up on me sbb dia malas nak layan i coz shess too lazy to check my old tickets… she put me on hold with result in me waiting another 10mins for someone else to answer!!!! Bloody H*ll! Pemalas… Then this stupid woman cakap she cant find my tickets in the system sbb takde e-ticket no! Hello i dah bagi nama and flighht date pun takleh tgk ker??? HEr answer was sbb i miss the old flight so susah nak check!!!! Wheres the Hospitality here??????? Wat kind of system MAS use?? System taik kambing ker ape?
Pastu on Monday ive got hold of my old tickets i pun call la balik… yesss another 10mins of waiting.. This Bloody idiot woman answers and jawab.. “Oh, once you miss your flight, your ticket balik tuh dah tak valid.” Kepala engkau!!! I told her i dah call 2 dayss before stating that i wont be getting on the 5th July flight so i nak tukar date and the woman told me to just make a one-way booking and call back since my 5th July is the cheap flight mmg takleh tukar date pun… And she tanya “you cakap ngan siapa” my answer i forgot! i mean i got all the details need so i kinda blank out the womans namla kan.. and she can bloody answer “Maam theres so many of us here, how would i know who u spoke too?” Hello bloddy hell kalau ramai sgt yg kerja kat situ kenapa lamabt sangat answer phone!!!!! and then she hang up!!!! Seriously MAS MH for hospitality nyer tagline tak kena langsung!!! U shoud change your tagline to MH for Malaysian Hostility!! Arrghh stupidosss betull!!!!!Being lazy me nak gi KL Sentral, i decide ok lets try one last time if not then baru gi serang MAS KL Sentral ( yess almost nak gi serang nih!!) i call and another woman answers, she said we cant print new tickets but let me check with the internet department.. Doink awal2 camni tak ke senang!! Then this man cik Nik jawab, he says that i could just use the old tickets for my return flight. So i confirm again, so meaning my December flight form London to Malaysia is still valid? and he anwered , Yes still valid. So the Bloody womans yg kerja kat MAS mmg sume kena buang kerja coz most of them are idiots!!!! Tgkla nanti satu Malaya i heboh!!! arghhhh
