Last weekend me, Dearest along with Farraen and Arfa when for a short trip to Salisbury and Portsmouth. Reason being we wanted to visit the Stonehedge and Old Sarum Castle and old course membeli-belah di West Quay Outlet.

We left in the wee hours of Saturday morning 5am tho time tu dah cerah dah pun and reach Salisbury at about 10am plus since stuck in jam somewhere near London for nearly 1 and half hour. Lama gak la perjalannan suppose to take bout 4 hours but kerana dek Jam ngon tu jadila 5jam lak.. Luckily we got there quite early as by the time we habis pusing Stonehedge tuh dah penuh dah dengan all the tourist bus, so u know the drill la, ramai la orang bila bus pun dah penuh kat car park tuh…

From watching the Stonehedge on TV i tot its covers bigger area, however you can actually walk the whole area for less than 15 minutes tapi since you nak dengar the commentary on the radio like thngie it takes twice the time la, sbb ada 7 markers (i think) and each marker cerita nye panjang lebar for nearly 5minutes each.. Hehhe.. Tapi bosannye we can only see it from afar sbb ada wayar keliling the Stonehedge (to prevent theft, damage sume tu la) so i asyik terjenguk-jenguk bila nak tgk batu yg middle tuh.. adoi.. Entrance fee 6.60pound each. Once were done i bought some keychains from the souvenier store yipeee…

NExt stop was the Old Sarum Castle. Dearest was driving cam kat kampung dia je, masuk sini-sana without looking at the signboard.. Well hes been here before tp yg pelik he remembers the way??? Mana tak pelik, kalau gi rumah abg dia setiap kali tanya i jalan mana?? Nih dah bertahun tak gi, ingat lak jalan lagi.. Cisss

Goin there i was imagining a castle as in a castle… Rupa-rupa nye the remainings ajer.. Cis… So Basically it wasnt the Castle that i wanted to visit, tapi takpe still had fun readings all the facts and stuff bout the castle and who lived there.. Tho ask me now, i wont remember.. heheh :p

Tho not much too see, you can learn a lot while ure there as each place is full with its history and sign board telling what happen when and when sume. While at Stonehedge they uses a walkie talkie like thingie to explain things, kat castle need guna info board je, tp each conner ada je satu.. So ull even know where the toilet was dulu.. Khehehe

After were done visitng its as way pass lunch hour so we when to town to makan, malas nak carik2 sbb sume perut dah lapar, nampak sign McD tho a bit of walking tak kisahla janji dapat makan fish fillet… Kalau nak carik kedai hala mahu berjam pulak nak pusing-pusingkan.. Beggers cant be choosers they say. Hik! But seriously the fillet rasa cam terlebih sedap pulakla kan bila perut dah lapar nih..

Masa tuh kat town ada org bukak cam market, nothing much selling fruits and some cheap cloths and stuff, since were heding to West Quay the next day nothing quite interest me la. Ye la kalau spend kt sini takleh spend kat West Quay lak kang.. Budget tuh… But we stop at this kedai that sells funny T-Shirts and characters stuff (ie Superman, batman etc nye souveniersla) its suppose to be me buying dearest T-Shirt tp lepas dah keluar kedai nampaklaa Key-Chain Wonder woman and Superman (original trademark ok) yg cantik pulak.. Since dearest knows im into keychain he ask if i want of course la nak… Mula2 amik Superman je masa nak bayar amik pulak Wonderwoman sekali… So i beli tuk dia, dia beli balik tuk i..??? Okla tuh..

After dah habis berjalan tuh, off we went to carik our hotel.. sampai -sampai holiday Inn, rupa2 bukan Holiday Inn yg kat situ.. Nasib baikla sbb yg tuh nampak cam asrama ajer… Luckily the front desk person knows where so dia bagi direction, to a nicer Holiday inn Express.. I guess the hotel we stayed in to baru lagi, coz still clean and namapk modern sikit, bukan cam one big asrama.. khehehe.

Dinner was tuna sandwich, because on budgetkan.. khehehe Luckily we stayed near Sainsburys so beli canned tuna and mayo with bread and some juice. Makan dalam bilik sambli tgk X-Factor.. huhu. Next morning hentam breakfast macam esok sudah tiada.. kehehhe but nothing much to eat, mostly bread and cereal.. Ingat oleh la serbu sramble egg takdelak.. Ada boiled egg je.. Hampeh.. Dah breakfast, check out sume off we go to West Quay..

LA dekat rupanye, bout 15mins away je dari hotel..Huhu.. Sampai je senyum lebar dia muka thnking of wat to buy.. Yupp became so tamak halabo boleh??? Sume pun nak… Tapi kejadian bodo berlaku when i realise that i only ada 50pound in my wallet, Doink i left my money at home.. Bengang je mamat tuh.. Coz he to brought 50pound aje, thinking that i brought the money.. Heheheh… errr sorry? Nasib baikla Arfa brought extra cash so pinjam dia dulu, as no use keluarkan 50 or 100pound from the bank with us knowing theres cash at homekan. Dearest called me smarty pants.. Dush kena perli.. hehhe. Takpela. Tp tak beli byk pun, bought some stuff at Gap coz was bloody cheap and a blouse at FCUK and bag from Next.. Dearest bought a hooded jacket and Collar shirt from Gap, seriously i could spend so long dlm GAp time tuh sbb murah gile.. They were having some sort of sale ape tah so everything, well almost everything was bloody cheap…

So okla dah habis duit ape lagi balik la… kehehehhe

Overall it was a fun filled experience with educational bits (which ive forgotten hehehe..) Hmm where to next? Me dunno waiting for the green light from dearestla…
