So much for once je…

Yesterday i talk about how fortunate i am that i only wakes up once everynite to pee. Tiba-tiba mlm td start pulak the row of lat enight drama.. I probably wake up 3 times or more. Adoi sangat penat ok… DAhla tuh, just now ajer in the last 2hours i probably wen to the toilet 10times.. Can u imagine? Adoi penat betul… Hmmm the thing is everytime i go, its as if i have full bladder, cam baru lepas minum air aje, when in fact i minum air probably like 5 hours ago… Seriously if this goes on, i might just sit in the toilet the whole day.. However i did read some interesting tips on how to control the urge to pee while ure pregnant…

What You Can Do
Here are some tips for dealing with frequent urination or leaking during pregnancy:

Stay away from caffeinated drinks.

Caffeine can make you urinate more frequently.
Avoid beverages like coffee, tea, colas and other caffeinated drinks.

Do Kegel exercises.

These simple exercises can help stop urine leaks by strengthening the muscles that keep the urethra (the tube where urine leaves your body) closed. They may even help prepare these muscles for labor and delivery.
Do these exercises by squeezing the muscles you use to stop the flow of urine and holding them for 10 seconds.
Do this 10-20 times in a row at least three times a day.

Avoid drinking fluids right before bedtime.

Cut down on nighttime visits to the bathroom by drinking fluids earlier in the day.
Reduce how much you drink in the early evenings and nighttime.
But be sure to drink adequate amounts of water and juice during the day to make sure that you are not robbing your body of vital fluids.

Empty your bladder completely. To help prevent leaks, be sure that your bladder doesn’t get too full.

Try not to “hold it” when you feel the urge to urinate. This may mean more trips to the bathroom.
When you urinate, try leaning forward a bit in order to completely empty your bladder. Always empty your bladder before exercising

Transfomers: Revenge of the Fallen

Caution Spoiller Ahead…

So me manage to get tickets to the new Transformers movie.. Seriously i had to buy a week ealier (thats my secret, tak tau lagi ker?) Anyways all i can say is… DAMN! It was a great movie with lots of fighting scene, altho it was bit draggish but it wasnt boring (you know wat i mean?) The movie was very helpful to make us understand how and why these Decepticons are here, kinda great since i dont watch the cartoon much… I guess tu yg bit draggish tu. Theres new characters in this movie FireJet (kalau tak salah ler, kurang ingat sikit) then theres the Twins and few others la yg i cant really remember as im totally awful at remembering names (sorry ek) altho some character names are not being mention, the end showcases what we all would expect a sequel, since Megatrone manage to escape this time. Overall ill give it a 4 out of 5 Star. Okla cant be perfect rite?

Terminator Salvation

Okay ive never been a big huge Terminator fan however as dearest nak tengok i pun join ajerla… Although im sure ill be asleep during the show.. and asleep i did… The movie was a teeny bit slow tho there was lots and lots of action tp cam cerita dia tak conpute… I dont understand why Kyle Reese is there then i dont understand why John Connor ze great when in fact hes soooo lembik…. Maybe Terminator is not Terminator without Arnold… I just think the casting of Christian Bale as John Connor tak embantu the movie at all. He look cocky, he doesnt have the “im here to save you look”. Dah la tuh lembik pulak.. I dont really understand as the movie is not a continuation of the previous T3, i mean if it is then jalan cerita dia tak menunjukkan kesinambunagn langsung. Just that it is year 2018 (kalau tak salah la). I bagi Terminator Slvation 2.5 out of 5 star… When i fell asleep in a movie means its bad ok…

Jangan Tegur

LAst Friday me watch the movie Jangan Tegur… Kuang kuang kuang.. sungguh menakutkan.. and im serious. I was really impress that its actually a Malaysian made movie. Unlike the previous movie Jangan PAndang Belakang which we after tgk the hantu u terus tak takut, nih memang akan takut the whole wat thru. I didnt even manage to bukak my jacket peacefully without kena kejut.. Tension gua… The makeup was superb. Overall the story was great cuma Julia Ziegler was stiff but she masa kena rasuk bagus pula berlakon. Khehehehe. I would recommend everyone to go watch it as it worth your 10 ringgit. Tahap ketakutan ill give 9/10… Eiiiee serammmm

Thanks For the Memories

I have just finished another book by Cecelia Ahern called Thanks for the MEmories. Some of you maybe familiar with her writing P.S I Love You with then turn blockbuster movie acted by Hillary Swank. The basic emotionally fragile woman as P.S I love You can also be found in Thanks for the Memories. However it is different as in this book Joyce (the main character) just lost her unborn child. Somehow through blood transfusion that she received shes now has memories and feelings of someone else.
BAsically buku nih pasal she learning her new experience and understanding it as well as finding whose memories is it. This story has 2 main character, Joyce and Justin whose the blood she received from. Its kinda interesting as its more of a quest (even u tahu sape punya blood dari awalla) for Justin and Joyce. PAstu cerita nih cam main2 as when we tot they are about to meet up, tp tak jadi, so agak tension jugakla..
Cecelia Ahern writes with emotion so i wont say its a feel good book, tapi if you want a easy read boleh la. But at the same time you can get bit carried away by the emotion, so i think a good readla.

Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans

I can barely remember Underworld 1 and i missed the Underwolrd 2, so when the 3rd sequel came out it didnt excite me me that much. However as ppl around me was so exciting talking bout watching it, it kinda interest me. So finally today bout 3 hours ago actually i when and watch Underworld 3- Rise of the Lycans. *PLease note, if you haven watch the movie, spoiler ahead…

To fans out there, sorry la to me the movie was a tad bit boring… Bukan aper.. need more actionla.. I do wonder wat is happening to movie scene nowadays.. Too much talking… mcm DArk Knight dulu pun camtuh… But his time is worst… Too much mushy-mushy love scene… Nih nak fight ker nak bercinta? KAlau nak bercinta buat cite cinta dah la kan.. No need Underworld la.. Ni kes bercinta sampai mati la nih… make stupid decisions, dah tuh mati… Siannn.

Good thing is i didnt fall asleep, but i was disspointedla… I was expecting gruesome fights and all, not love plot… Seriously too many love plot.. I pun dah nak muntah… Everytime i get excited and curous ajer, scene lovey duvey pulak yg muncul.. Adoi bosan makcik ngengoknyer…

Cerita nih more of a flashback of the beginning of the Werewolf and Vampires.. how they first get together la camtuh… Apparently werewolf are slave while Vampires rules… So the story basically tells how it change la…

For the fight scene and the sake of the Lycans ill give them 3.5 star out of 5…

Datukship for an Indian dude who may i confess that his movies are some of the few good movies ive watch, but hey hes no Malaysian. Why do we need to give the title when wat contribution did he do other that had his film here.. I think is all part of cheap publicity of “how cool are we”…

About a year ago, we Malaysians was shock with the news of the brutal killing of little girl Nurin. She was found pack in a duffle bag with carrots and cucmber in her intestine… Such horror…. However last week her father Jazimin made a statemnent bout him suing the police and the goverment… Read more here. Wat wonders me is whether this is the act of a good father or the act of a greedy person who is just ungratefull.. The whole of Malaysia cried and help to search for his little girl Nurin, yes shes gone bout how about u??? U allowed her a mere 5 years old girl to walk all alone to the night market. Wat were u thinking? and now u want to blame the police for able to find her killer. The whole Malaysia cried with you when she was buried and yet you think we dont care? FYI you and your wife is just as much to blame in this matter. After shes not back from her “alone” shopping time then alone u got worried. Wat were u thinking? Shes 5… U should know better! No one can be trust no a days and yet you allowed her to walk alone to the market which as you say “dekat aje”. Dekat ke kalau rumah u tingkat 7 pasar malam tu kat tingkat bawah. Can u see where she goes in between the 7 to to the ground floor. Wat is she never even reach the market? Have u ever thought of dat? Be gratefull ppl. Im not saying our police are the best but i know they r trying… U can googled and see our police standings in the world. They are at the top.

To parents pls always watch where our children is goin.. follow them no matter where… and how close… Unless she is wit someone u trust with ur whole life….

Oh it seems that my recent comment bout the movie Susuk hit a certain someones nerve… Hmm agaknya my review as a viewer doesnt count as “kritikan membina” yela who am i to give comments agaknya. Maybe that certain someon should bukak youtube and read all th comments that being post there.. im sure he’ll flip. Adoi.. kalau nak org cakap you do a good job aje all the time mana boleh, how nak maju macam ni???? Anywas like i said.. Its my review,if u dont like it dont matter to me pun..
