Tomorrow there will be another checkup with my Gyny, so ill know more about the baby. Ive grown really big since the last time i saw her which was last month je. I think its the vitamins that she gave me. I do realise that my appetite increases a bit compare to before tp takdela i melantak cam esok dah tiada… Well dearest would be in for a surprisela masa dia balik nanti.. Hehe :)

32 weeks means the fetus is fully develop. Nails, hair all those things dah develop so all the fetus does is grow and of course the internal part like liver, heart, lungs sume is maturing so their immune system is betterla.

Currently my nights are filled with question about how would the baby looks like. Dearest thinks she’ll look like him.. Hmm penat ibu mengadung kalau muka sebijik dibik bapak dia.. Then comes the question whether can i handle this? Hehehe yes i have nephew and nieces tp this is my own responsiblility so i dunno how i would react.. They say mummy instict comes naturally.. So i guess we’ll see..

Currently ive been quiet busy helping out my sis jaga her anak. Since her maid ran (with 2 of the neighbours maids as well) she been sending her son kids to my house. Kesian apparently theres like a underground maid collecter ke apa kat kawasan rumah dia tuh since ramai dah org2 kat situ have similar incident. Nowadays i have to wake up early as she sent her youngest son Amier kat sini before she goes to work, while her other kids my bro will collect after they finish school. Banyak keje gakla ulang-alik sana sini kan. Me pun tired gak but luckily Amier is 2years old so he usually has naps in the afternoon, so i have my nap too.. hehehhe… Well actually more of mengantuk sbb kena bangun awal. Nasib baik bila abang2 and kakaknye sampai they can layan him.. Huhu..

On Thursday lak ill be waking up early for my monthly checkup.. Nasib baik covered by dearest company as im so broke already.. Hehhe.. So no worriesla coz my last checkup cost Rm300+ can u imagine? So kali ni tak tau la berapa pulak. Tot of waiting for Dearest to come back next week, but entah the GL has to be registered at the hospital within 7days so tak sempat pulak.. So my days are quiet full so hopefully the 10days will go by in a snap.. Huhu.. Hes off to Geneva on Saturday so not really sure how we gonna keep contact since he do not has his Msian no with him… Hmmm let me think now… :)

Been waiting for it for a month and its finally here.. Huhu i suka! I dont know about u but im the kind of person who when i buy things i cant wait to balik rumah i look and admire it again.. Hehehe.. So since i havent worn any of those things boleh la i admire it again. hehhe… It should be here SAturday i cant wait.. Yeay!

Yeay Me!

Currently our days are consist of few minutes phone talk and chat via Skype. Why chat not call? Sbb his company gave him a very lowya laptop.. No built in mic. Since we didnt really wanna spend money on something that we gonna use sekejap aje, chat jela… Luckily my laptop ada mic n camera, so once a while he can see how much his wife belly has grown, and he says my belly is HUGE… The baby like Malaysian food kot.. hehhe….

Before he comes home, he’ll be making some pitstop.. Geneva since dia kena checkout the motorshow over there, then since theres no direct flight from Geneva to Msia, he’ll be singgahin’ Amstredam tp yg tak bestnye his mom want to stay a nite kt sana pulak.. Sight seeingla konon2nye.. So instead of the scheduled 1st March his arrival dah postpone ke 5th March… Hmm… Wateverla just cant wait for him to be home…

Tiba-tiba mlm td start pulak the row of lat enight drama.. I probably wake up 3 times or more. Adoi sangat penat ok… DAhla tuh, just now ajer in the last 2hours i probably wen to the toilet 10times.. Can u imagine? Adoi penat betul… Hmmm the thing is everytime i go, its as if i have full bladder, cam baru lepas minum air aje, when in fact i minum air probably like 5 hours ago… Seriously if this goes on, i might just sit in the toilet the whole day.. However i did read some interesting tips on how to control the urge to pee while ure pregnant…

What You Can Do
Here are some tips for dealing with frequent urination or leaking during pregnancy:

Stay away from caffeinated drinks.

  • Caffeine can make you urinate more frequently.
  • Avoid beverages like coffee, tea, colas and other caffeinated drinks.

Do Kegel exercises.

  • These simple exercises can help stop urine leaks by strengthening the muscles that keep the urethra (the tube where urine leaves your body) closed. They may even help prepare these muscles for labor and delivery.
  • Do these exercises by squeezing the muscles you use to stop the flow of urine and holding them for 10 seconds.
  • Do this 10-20 times in a row at least three times a day.

Avoid drinking fluids right before bedtime.

  • Cut down on nighttime visits to the bathroom by drinking fluids earlier in the day.
  • Reduce how much you drink in the early evenings and nighttime.
  • But be sure to drink adequate amounts of water and juice during the day to make sure that you are not robbing your body of vital fluids.

Empty your bladder completely. To help prevent leaks, be sure that your bladder doesn’t get too full.

  • Try not to “hold it” when you feel the urge to urinate. This may mean more trips to the bathroom.
  • When you urinate, try leaning forward a bit in order to completely empty your bladder. Always empty your bladder before exercising
